Are the Swimming Bags and Toiletry Bags washable?

We recommend wiping our bags over with a mild detergent and damp cloth, then hang them up to dry, propped open so the air can circulate.

How do I place an order?

Online, using direct banking, or your credit card through a secure server Payment Express,

or Call 0800 244747 (0800bigpirana) and we’ll process your order over the phone.

Do you sell your products internationally?

No sorry, we only sell our products to New Zealand customers at the moment.

Are my personal details safe with Big Pirana?

Yes. Big Pirana practices safe e-Commerce. We do not store credit card details and at no time do we share any of our customers information with any other parties. We do however, retain customer information in the interest of further communication with our customers. If at any time you would like your information removed, please contact us on info@bigpirana.co.nz

What is Big Pirana's refund/exchange policy?

There is nothing that pleases us more than a happy customer – your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Unfortunately we are unable to refund freight costs.

How long will it take to receive our order?

Mail, telephone and internet orders are typically sent out within 5 working days.

What are the freight charges per order?

All orders are delivered by Courier.
